within the last years our double-sided adhesive Mounting films MONTEX DX1 and DX2 evolved into top sellers in the product range of X-film GmbH. Particularly after the Fespa 2017 in Hamburg, where we presented our new development DX3 (permanent/removable adhesive), the requests proliferated from interested companies and existing clients. Therefore, we would like to give you the opportunity to get to know our technical self-adhesive film in detail.
Mounting film MONTEX DX1
MONTEX DX1 is a 70µm, double-sided adhesive, transparent, PVC-Mounting film with a permanent polyacrylat adhesive and delayed initial adhesion. After 20 min the adhesive strength is ≥ 5N/25mm. After 24 h the adhesive strength is already ≥ 10N/25mm.
This technical self-adhesive film is an ideal solution for the self-adhesive finishing of different products e.g. photographs, prints, LFP graphics, maps, plans and posters. Due to the delayed initial adhesion, the self-adhesive finished product is repositionable.
Furthermore , squares support you for cuttings on measure and the simple processing and positioning.
Mounting film MONTEX DX2
Due to numerous requests of existing clients and interested companies, we launched this double-sided adhesive film with “High Tack“ for extreme strong connections.
MONTEX DX2 is a 70µm, double-sided adhesive, transparent, PVC Mounting film with a permanent “High Tack“ polyacrylat adhesive and improved adhesive strength. After 20 min the adhesive strength is ≥ 10N/25mm. After 24 h the adhesive strenght is already ≥ 22N/25mm.
Especially for application, which request the „High Tack“, this modified mounting film achieves excellent results, e.g. the self-adhesive finishing of products like pictures, posters and cartons.

MONTEX DX3 is a 70µm, double-sided adhesive, transparent, PVC Mounting film with a permanent polyacrylat adhesive on the paper backed side and a removable polyacrylat adhesive on the PE backed side. A special characteristic of this self-adhesive film is the easy removing from smooth surfaces because of the removable adhesive.
Due to the delayed initial adhesion, the self-adhesive finished product is repositionalble.Of course squares support you by cuttings on measure and the simple processing and positioning, as well.
